Refund Policy
Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once your order has been processed and the files have been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Exceptions
We will gladly issue a refund or replacement if:

You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.

You experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your files (and we are unable to resolve the issue).

The files are corrupted or incomplete.
How to Request a Refund (if applicable)
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at Service@nativityplay.com
Please include your order number and details of the issue.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
