Augustine Christmas Nativity Play Kit – NativityPlay.com

At NativityPlay.com, we are pleased to offer three versions of the Augustine Christmas Nativity Play Kit: Physical, Digital, and Audio. Delivery methods and shipping charges vary according to the version purchased.

1. Physical Version – Printed Nativity Play Kit

Order Processing: Within 2 business days

Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and U.S. postal holidays.

United States Shipping

  • Shipping method: Standard Shipping
  • Shipping charge: $6.95 per order, as currently configured at checkout
  • Estimated shipping transit time: 3–5 business days after dispatch

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or seasonal shipping volumes.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to eligible destinations using carrier-calculated rates, including DHL Express Worldwide and FedEx International Connect Plus, where offered at checkout.

Shipping charges and available services are calculated during checkout based on the delivery destination.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees unless otherwise indicated at checkout.

International delivery times vary by destination, carrier, and customs processing.

2. Digital Version – Downloadable Nativity Play Kit

Delivery Method: Electronic Download

The Digital Version is delivered electronically. No physical merchandise is shipped.

  • Digital orders are generally processed automatically after successful payment.

  • Customers receive access to their downloadable files through the download link provided after checkout and/or by email.

  • Digital files are supplied electronically in the formats specified on the product page.

  • No shipping charges apply to digital-only orders.

3. Audio Version – USB Gift Edition

Order Processing: Within 2 business days

Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and U.S. postal holidays.

United States Shipping

  • Shipping method: Standard Shipping
  • Shipping charge: $4.95 per order, as currently configured at checkout
  • Estimated shipping transit time: 3–5 business days after dispatch

The Audio Version is currently available for shipping within the United States only.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

When your physical order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

Tracking information will be provided when available through the selected shipping service.

Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after the shipment has been accepted.

5. Shipping Delays and Delivery Issues

We make every reasonable effort to process and dispatch orders within the stated processing period.

However, carrier transit times may be affected by circumstances outside our control, particularly during the busy Christmas season.

If your package is delayed, lost, damaged in transit, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us with your order number so we can assist in investigating the issue.

We encourage customers planning Christmas pageants and performances to order well in advance of their scheduled rehearsals and production dates.

6. Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to correct an address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.
